Built on the successful CBP 4 Series chip series, the CBP 5 Series is unequaled in the industry for its exceptional blend of power, performance, and features delivered on a low-cost, single-chip baseband processor.

The CBP 5 Series is a complete 3G cdma2000(r) 1X Release 0 solution and is backward-compatible to IS-95 standards. Maximized to deliver optimimum performance and high affordability, CBP 5 Series includes the essential features manufacturers need to be successful in today's entry-level phone market. CBP 5 Series provides USB 1.1 and 32-voice polyphonic ringer capabilities along with 14.4 kbps data rates to support products requiring Short Message Services (SMS) and voice-only applications.

CBP 6 Series – cdma2000 1xRTT includes an integrated GPS solution for the North American Market

The CBP 6 Series is a single-chip CDMA Baseband Processor that provides an integrated GPS solution with simultaneous modem function. It provides support for NAND Flash, page mode and burst mode NOR Flash, IrDA, digital cameras, MP3 decoders, and SD/MMC cards.

The CBP 6 Series provides a network-compliant 3G cdma2000(r) 1X Release 0 solution. It is designed to meet or exceed mobile station specifications for worldwide 3G CDMA systems as specified by cdma2000 1X (Release 0) standards. It is backward-compatible to IS-95. The CBP 6 Series integrates mixed signal, baseband filtering, and digital functionality with a seamless interface to multiple RF solutions from the industry's leading suppliers.
